7. Delivery

Typically, the item will be shipped from us within 24 hours in working days after the order has been received. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holydays will be shipped on the coming working day.

8. Shipping

We ship your item with Postnord AB unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of purchase.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the time you, as the buyer, have received the item, in accordance with the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (SFS 2005:59). If you wish to cancel the purchase and return the item in substantially unchanged condition, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
